about...
Dear visitor (from Earth or outer space)!
My name is writer13! I like to share my opinion about the some tech stuff! (games, Linux, etc.), but I occasionally write about culture and health too. If you want to know more about me, check out the ABOUT page, if you want to write to me, see CONTACT. Here are some of the stuff I USES on my computer (aka the boring geeky stuff).
MICROBLOG is for shorter posts, many of them are just rants or just thoughts, that doesn't require a full page of separate bullshit. The LINKBLOG is for sharing me all kinds of stuff. Both are irregular things.
In the Notes section I share my longer thoughts, or analysis about thing. updates.
Social media: Right now I am periodically on X. But also on Twitch or Kick.
Updates
As of 2026 April, this website is going through some changes, so you will see missing graphics, different css for different websites, etc. I decided to go back to hand edited site, and wanted a new design. I will slowly updated parts of the site, and add new content as well. If you want to see my earlier posts, look at site updates.

Game emulators
I was never really a console player, in fact I am a proud PCMR, however recently started to play some of the classics, like Silent Hill and the Resident Evil series. Consoles were never part of my life, because of the price, but now I am happy to play some of them. This page is about my experience. Coming soon...
Modern games

Occasionally I play newer games - after 2010 - and I enjoy some of them, like Alien: Isolation, Batman: Arkham Origins.
A few reviews of my favorite, more modern games. Coming soon!
Alien: Isolation, Bioshock 2 (and Minerva's Den), Batman: Arkham Origins, Doom Eternal.
Indie favorites

In the past few years I am more of an indie gamer. Trying to spread the word of small teams and their awesome games.

Fasting
A new page about FASTING, first I share my short story, and I will add resources to help anybody who is interested. No I am not a doctor, just an individual who was obese/overweight most his life.
Past projects: 52 books in 52 weeks (done)
In 2022, I have started a long project. I used to read a lot, but ever since computers came into my life, they stole the attention from books. My aim is not just to read as many books as I can (with the minimum of one book per week), but also to reprogram my brain, and create greater focus.
Despite I finished this project early, I still add those book to the list I read that year:

Wristwatch collection
Over the years I collected a few Casio watches, but I haven't bought anything in the past 2 years. I still love them, although I need to change straps now, but I feel like I don't need to add more. I have 6, and for now it feels enough, plus everything got expensive. If I have time I will write about them.
